Fractal AI’s Airdrop Enters New Phase with Mainnet Launch

Fractal AI, a rising player in the decentralized AI space, has officially launched its mainnet, marking a significant step forward from its previous testnet airdrop campaign that began around two to three months ago. The project had earlier allowed users to earn “Fractal Points” through various free testnet tasks such as joining specific spaces and running basic operations.

Mainnet Tasks Introduced, But Real Money Required

With the mainnet now live, the Fractal team has introduced new tasks that users can participate in to earn additional points. However, unlike the testnet phase, these tasks are not free—participants must deposit Ethereum on the Base chain to carry out the operations.

Users are advised to proceed with caution. The creator of the original video update stated, “I do not recommend participating in the mainnet tasks at this point due to current market conditions and project uncertainties.”

How to Migrate Fraction Ai Testnet Points to Mainnet

For users who have already earned points during the testnet phase, migrating those points to the mainnet is essential to qualify for any future airdrop distributions. Here’s a brief summary of the steps involved:

1. Visit the same Fractal AI link used during the testnet participation.

2. Use the same wallet (preferably MetaMask) that was used during testnet registration.

3. Connect your wallet through the Fractal interface.

4. Click on the “Fractals” or “Points” section—it will show your current balance as zero if migration is pending.

5. Initiate migration by following the on-screen prompts and confirming your wallet signature.

Once the process is complete, users should see their testnet points reflected on the mainnet dashboard, along with ranks, daily/weekly/monthly earnings, and reward eligibility.

Important Tips for a Smooth Migration

  • If multiple wallet extensions (MetaMask, OKX, C98, etc.) are installed, disable the non-MetaMask extensions during the process to avoid wallet conflicts.
  • MetaMask is recommended, as signature requests for migration are compatible primarily with it.
  • Ensure you are on the Base network, and be aware that a gas fee will be required during the claim process, though details on the exact amount will be shared later.

Final Thoughts: Hold or Participate?

Other creator recommends that users who have already earned testnet points should not ignore migration and secure their airdrop eligibility. However, he personally does not suggest depositing real funds for the mainnet tasks just yet.

“If you’ve worked on the testnet and earned good points, just sit tight. Migrate your points and wait for the next announcements.”

What’s Next?

The Fractal AI team has not yet announced the exact airdrop rewards for testnet vs. mainnet users. A potential Token Generation Event (TGE) and listing could follow soon. More updates on token claiming and listing will be shared in future coverage.
